MGM Ends In-Person Concierge Services at Six Las Vegas Strip Resorts!
LAS VEGAS – April 27, 2025 –
MGM Resorts International is phasing out in-person concierge service in six of its Las Vegas Strip properties, representing a paradigm shift in the means by which guests get assistance at these popular hotels.
Starting Monday, April 28, MGM will shut down concierge desks at the following locations:
👉MGM Grand
👉 The Signature at MGM Grand
👉 New York-New York
👉 Mandalay Bay
👉 Park MGM
👉Vdara Hotel & Spa
MGM Resorts’ spokesperson confirmed the measure in an e-mail on Saturday. It is part of the company’s continuing efforts to enhance guest services and adjust to changing guest choices.
Concierge services will remain operational at:
👉 ARIA Resort & Casino
👉 Bellagio Hotel & Casino
👉 The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Calls made to concierge lines across MGM Resorts will now be routed to staff at ARIA and Bellagio. The Luxor previously discontinued its concierge desk several years ago. This change comes as many major hospitality brands continue shifting toward digital and centralized service models, reducing the need for on-site concierge staffing.
