T-Mobile Match Play promises to deliver as the last annual professional golf tournament left in Las Vegas
April 3, 2025
When and Where
The Match Play tournament sponsored by T-Mobile has come to Shadow Creek Golf Course for the fifth consecutive year and is on through April 6. This unique event will show head-to-head, single-elimination contests between the top 64 golfers from across the world in the female category.
The Format
Unlike traditional stroke play, match play intensifies the competition, offering fans a thrilling format. The winner will face two opponents in 18-hole matches on April 4-5 to secure the prestigious title.
A Major Tune-Up

The Defending Champion and World No. 1
Defending champion Nelly Korda, currently ranked World No. 1, is one of the top contenders, having recently won both T-Mobile Match Play and the Chevron Championship.
Local Rooting Interest
Local favorites, including Danielle Kang and Jenny Shin, also aim to make a mark, with both players representing Las Vegas in this highly anticipated tournament.
