Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Opens Two New Bar Destinations
March 20, 2025
The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas opened two new bars on its redeveloped 23rd floor called Peacock Alley and Hard Shake after spending millions to renovate its rooms along with meeting facilities and guest suites.
The hotel’s main bar Peacock Alley presents an elegant sunlit atmosphere which was developed by the respected Rockwell Group. Afternoon tea service at Peacock Alley features limited-edition tea blends among which are The Showgirl and The Meadows while evening cocktails are enjoyed under a special glass ceiling structure that captures custom lighting designs.
Hard Shake resides at the former SkyBar location where it delivers an upscale and glamorous nightlife experience along the Strip. Inspired by Japanese mixology, it features a marble bar, champagne brass accents, and a striking gilded light fixture. The cocktail menu, crafted into living works of art, includes the Hibiki Harmony whiskey-based Katana, while late-night bites like signature honey shrimp are available.
Peacock Alley maintains its operating hours as 11 a.m. until midnight on Monday and Tuesday while serving from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Wednesday through Sunday. The hours of operation for Hard Shake are from 6 p.m. to midnight on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday while the Friday and Saturday hours extend up to 2 a.m.
